1. Welcome to “Arts, Fire World and Private Pool” Vacation House of North Scottsdale, located at 17002 N 57th Street, Scottsdale AZ 85254, USA.

2. To open the front door, enter XXXX plus the lock button, a total of 5 buttons. To lock it, just pull and press the lock button (one button only). We’ll text you the 4 digits on the same day when you check in. In the worst-case scenario please call us at 602-775-8958, or our co-host/cleaners Diane/John Donato at 480-540-8099/480-243-5774.

3. The WIFI is “FBI-Guests”, or “FBI-5G-Guest”, and the password is “12345678”.

4. The extra blankets, (bath/hand) towels, washcloths, and linens are located inside the cabinet in the hallway.

5. This is a single-level house which has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. One kitchen, one dining room, one breakfast area, one living room, one home theater, one laundry room, 3 car garage (no garage remotes will be provided unless you are a long-term tenant (one month or longer) and a $300 extra deposit is required).

6. When you all leave, please press the “lock-key” button on the keypad. Make sure it’s locked before you leave. Also, please make sure the two doors on the backyard are locked, and the garage doors are closed, the backyard door is closed.

7. There is one refrigerator: coffee, pepper, salt, and sugar are free. Feel free to use all appliances (everything in the kitchen and washer/dryer) and cookware, glassware, dinnerware, flatware, shampoo, body lotions, hairdryers, irons, hangers, etc.

8. The trash/recycle bins are located on the right side of the front yard when you face the house, very close to the mailbox. The trash day is early morning Wednesday (so pull out on Tuesday night if someone moved elsewhere). Thanks.

9. There are TWO ACs/Heaters in this house. The AC/Heater thermostats are located in the hallway.

To turn on/off and adjust the AC/heater temperature, please follow the instructions below:

9.1: for the AC/Heater close to the Master bedroom, press the “system” box, then press and make one of three “heat/off/cool” flashing, then press the “done” button. You can press the “up/down“ button to adjust the temperature, then press the “hold” button if needed.

9.2: for the AC/Heater close to the utility room, press the “mode” button, then you can stop at “cool” or “heat” or “off”. You can press the “+/-“ button to adjust the temperature.

10. In case you have a power outage in one or more rooms. The power breaker box is located outside of the house, close to the backyard door. Just check which one is in the OFF position, then reset (turn to ON) that one only.

11. For the Fire Pit, follow the instructions under the tables, you may need the ignitor which should be on the small table in the backyard or the kitchen. The BBQ grill does not need an ignitor. The backup propane tanks are located in the garage. Make sure you turn off everything and close the propane tanks after use.

12. We do have weekly pool service, and we have a solar-powered skimmer as well, we also have bi-weekly landscaping service, but in case of storm/rain, if you need to skim the pool, you can go to a 4-star resort the owner owns in Paradise Valley / Scottsdale (free year-round heated pool, free kayaking/boating, free tennis). The address will be provided upon request or we pay you $50 for the time you spend cleaning the pool. Thank you for understanding.

13. During the COVID-19 Pandemic period, you’ll do self-check-in. BUT, we are here to help. If issues cannot be resolved by app/text/email/phone calls, we can come and help.

14. For the check-out time, the default is 10:00 am, if you prefer earlier or later, please tell us at least 24 hours before your check-out. Our cleaners have busy schedules, they may have 2 or more jobs per day. If we have same-day check-in, then check-out must be 10:00 am or earlier.
